Participate and Manage Technology and Organizational Development, Process Consulting, ERP Implementation, Change Initiatives and Projects for different set of clients.
- Manage and lead a wide variety of Transformation Projects, IT Implementations, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, etc.
- Review customer practices and operating models, define improvement roadmaps, and assist customers with the implementation of recommendations utilizing industry best practices and driving the adoption of technology solutions.
- Ensures that customers are guided with a clear vision with the end state in mind, providing the customer with the necessary transformative guidance across People, Practices, and Technology focus areas in support of their business objectives.
- Risk, issue, and change management – maintain mechanisms to manage change control, risks, and issues within specific projects.
- engage with and deliver to the Board of Directors, C-level, VP, and Director level executives, providing perspective and guidance on business strategy, development, transformation, innovation, and management.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to assist customers in driving increased value realization from their internal and external projects by delivering solutions that utilize modern practices to adapt customer operating and business models.
